1 - Opening Form |

| 1a. |
Your
hands are held loosely by your sides, your feet are shoulder
width apart and you look afar (straight ahead). |
| 1b. |
Raise
your hands shoulder level. |
| 1c. |
Bend
your elbows and knees at the same time. Your hands return
to your sides as your body sinks down. This will be the
level that your Tai Chi form will be performed at. |

Transfer your weight to your left leg and turn in
your right foot 45o. |
| 2b. |
Transfer your weight back to your right leg and pull in
your left leg on your toe. Raise your right hand up to
shoulder level, palm facing downwards, at the same time
turn your left palm upwards. (hold the ball posture).

Step away with your left leg in the direction of West
|
| 2d. |
Transfer your weight forwards. As your left arm moves
to shoulder level, palm facing upwards, your right arm
moves down to hip level, palm facing downwards. |

back and turn out your left foot 45o. |

Now
transfer your weight to your left leg. As your right foot
steps up beside your left foot, your right hand circles
across to your hip, palm facing upwards and your left

forward with your right leg placing your foot onto its
heel |

Transfer
your weight forwards. As your right arm moves to shoulder
level, palm facing upwards, your left arm moves down to

up with your right foot behind your left foot, turn Your
left palm downwards and your right palm upwards, (hold
the ball posture). |

left hand drops down to hip level as you raise your right
hand above your head to formulate White Crane. |
| 3c. |
Place
left foot down on to its toe turn right palm upwards left
palm turns downwards. |

your right hand to hip level, your left hand sweeps across

to raise and your right hand starts to pull in towards

your left elbow. Your left hand is in front of your right
hand, both hands held at shoulder level. |
